Please confirm that all work included in this draw request is 100% complete and ready for verification. Draw requests may only be approved and funded for completed work that has been reviewed and validated by Red Buffalo Lending. Incomplete items should not be submitted until the work is fully complete.

Completed Work Items

List each completed work item and the amount requested. Only include work that is 100% complete.

File Upload: I understand that Red Buffalo Lending requires evidence of completed repairs, including photo verification or other supporting documentation, before approving or funding any construction draw request. Instructions for submitting the required verification will be provided to you after this request has been reviewed.

Please note: a $175 draw inspection fee applies to each draw request.

All draw request items are subject to Red Buffalo Lending’s review, verification, and approval. Submission of a draw request does not guarantee approval or reimbursement of any specific item or amount.

By submitting this draw request, I certify that all repairs and improvements included in this request have been completed in a satisfactory and professional manner. I further certify that all contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and material suppliers have been paid or will be paid from this draw, and that no mechanic’s liens or similar claims have been filed against the property since Red Buffalo Lending’s loan was originated.
